All products sold on Booksyard are digital downloads and are delivered instantly after successful payment.
Because these products are digital in nature:
- Returns are not accepted
- Exchanges are not offered
- Refunds are not provided once the file is downloaded or accessed
Once a digital product is delivered, it cannot be returned, revoked, or redistributed.
Exceptions (Limited Cases)
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- The file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded
- You were charged multiple times for the same product
- You received an incorrect file due to a technical error
In such cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase with your order details.
